UK Based trips - Summer

Like many providers we operate trips in the UK, from accommodated trips in either bunkhouses, B&B’s, Hotels to multi day camping trips. We do strive to introduce some specific interest into these expeditions, so that we see some of the more interesting features of our unique countryside, rather than just push people through a standardised trek. If you need a package organising or would just require the use of a guide / instructor then please get in touch.

UK Based trips - Winter

We have tried to provide a ‘Standard’ trip, year after year, but find it difficult to replicate as people often come back for more of the same! Only to be disappointed by the weather or familiarity of terrain. As we have recognised over the years spent exploring our country, we have decided to move locations for these specific skills based trips. This gives people the opportunity to meet up again with familiar faces and explore new areas to suit the weather that prevails. There is usually a weekend ‘refresher’ based in North Wales and a week ‘skills’ course based in Scotland.

Foreign Mountain expeditions

Moroccan Atlas mountains and Pyrenean Snowshoeing are two of the trips which have been a success for us. With strong connections in both area’s we are able to get valuable and interesting local information, which makes the most of our stay in the regions. We change the trip planner each year, to allow people to return for the following year to explore another location. We are always off in search of our own adventures and aim to try and bring in new and novel expeditions to ‘wet the appetite’ of our regular guests and new people alike.
